.• Manages the Maintenance Department.
• Point-of-contact between Client and Maintenance Department.
• Overall management responsibility for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Receives work instructions from client's Maintenance Area Supervisor or designated representatives.
• Plans, co-ordinates and supervises all aspects of the department Rigging/Scaffolding/Transport, Piping/Mechanical, and Instrument/Electrical sections; including any associated subcontracts.
• Ensures appropriate technical standards are met or exceeded
• Ensures compliance with client's safety and environmental standards, procedures, policies, work plans, priorities, and internal and external audits; including OIMS HSE management system.
• Able to manage and supervise the installation of minor construction projects.
Skills/Qualifications. .
• Extensive knowledge of respective industry standards and current best practice maintaining petrochemical production and pipeline facilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English, with strong report writing skills.
• Computer literate on Windows-based applications.
• Committed to further development on craft, plant systems, procedures and Competency Assurance Requirements.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for analysing contracts, costs, variations and claims, and advising the Head of Contracts of the preferred course of action, together with drafting and producing any necessary documents. Provide contracts engineering & administration support to operations group for short and long term contracts including General Engineering Service (GES), EPC, and call off construction contracts. To implement systems and procedures for contracts analysis and produce documentation to allow the effective procurement of contracts in support of the operation of the Company's onshore & offshore facilities.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor of Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Professional Associate Member of an internationally recognized Institution of Cost engineers, or quantity surveying. ( Mechanical Engineering )
Formal training in Contract drafting and interpretation, Cost Analysis and control and Excel modelling for cost planning and estimating, claims assessment & defence.
Minimum 10 years contracts administration and analysis experience in the oil & gas industry preferably gained in an engineering and construction environment.
Exceptional knowledge of contracts administration practices, procedures, different contract types, contract terms and provisions, business practices and commercial custom.
Knowledge of general legal principles related to contracts.
Able to negotiate effectively and successfully.
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
Good personal computer and software skills coupled with familiarity in the use of FIDIC.
Experienced in cost analysis, claims assessment and defence.
Must have in-depth knowledge of a wide range of administrative and operations services services.
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of a comprehensive range of International Contracts and Procurement Strategies.
Must have exposure to and experience in the application of Quality Management principles under ISO 9000 Series or equivalent British Standards.

Our client is seeking to recruit a Asset Repair Co-ordinator to undertake onshore co-ordination of asset repairs, equipment repairs / replacement and the co-ordinatation of "like for like" integrity remedial orders. Be the Focal Point for asset material issues and provide frontline support to offshore & ACE engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Support ACE Engineer and ACE Planner in preparation of Asset planning activities where required.
* Co-ordinate Asset integrity remedial orders (ROs).
* Facilitate Bi-weekly IQ/RO meeting.
* Weekly Reporting on RO KPIs.
* Co-ordination and implementation of RO's undertaken in-house.

Experience developing contracting strategies within a similar category is necessary to be successful in the position. The Equipment Contracts Manager will work closely with the Supply Chain and Contracts teams to influence stakeholders through the business and carry out strategies on a global basis.
* Significant experience in contracts and procurement/ supply chain with a focus on Production Equipment; ideally from an oil and gas operator
* Experience with Framework Agreements with OEMs, Pricing Agreements, Long Term Service Agreements
* Proven success in development, negotiation, and management of contracts resulting in savings for the business
* Ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships internal and external to the business
