Law Executives - Chennai

  1. Should be BA. LLB with 2-5 years of experience in Civil/ Corporate Case handling.
  2. Have good experience in handling various legal issues of a Private Limited Company.
  3. Should have strong exposure in handling specifically the legal issues in cheque bounced cases, Sec 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act,  Recoveries, issuing summons, and executing decrees.
  4. Should be Computer literate with good communication skills in English,
  5. Knowledge of TRAI /TDSAT in Telecom Terminology would be preferred
  6. Should be mentally and emotionally strong in managing and interacting with various people to ensure the work is done.
  7. Should have excellent co-ordination skills in ensuring the work done with the Senior  Legal advisors.
  8. Should independently handle the legal requirements, Drafting of Legal notices & replies to legal queries, co-ordinating & filing of court cases etc.
  9. Maintaining legal case files, legal documents and records.
  10. Ability to work independently is an most important prerequisite for the position.
  11. Salary can be commensurate for right attitude and experience.

Zonal Head  Legal:  Bangalore

Applicants should be a Law Graduate with 7 to 10  years of experience in legal documentation and should have reasonable knowledge in court proceedings. 

  1. Qualification: A commerce and Law Graduate with Company Secretary (Inter / Final passed).
  2. Experience : 7 – 10 years
  3. Industry: Experience in Service industry preferable, IT / Media to have preference.
  1. Specific job description;
    1. Drafting of contracts such as licensing, various deeds and documents, leave and license, Distribution agreements, consultancy and various other types of agreements.
    2. Knowledge and exposure to Intellectual Property laws and labour laws.
    3. Interaction with external lawyers, providing briefing to the lawyers.
    4. Knowledge and exposure to civil and criminal laws, making affidavits, filing petitions, attending courts etc.
    5. Drafting and assisting in preparation of Agenda and minutes for Board and Audit committee meeting.
    6. Maintenance of Statutory records and documents and compliance with company law requirements.
    7. Liasioning with various government officials for various matters.
    8. Maintaining legal case files, legal documents and records.
    9. Conducting research work for litigation and non-litigation matters.

Legal Advisor - Oman

A good degree in law from a reputed law school /university.
Minimum 10 years professional experience.
Licensed to practice law.
Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum pf practice areas more particularly Aircraft financing, chartering, Code sharing, transportation laws, labour laws, corporate, environment etc.
Strong management skills.
Team players will excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside the company.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to draft Agreement /Deeds/Documents in English.
Experience in some or all of the following areas would be an asset: Commercial litigation, ICC/IATA Arbitration , Intellectual property, information Technology , Competition law, Taxation, Insurance /Reinsurance, Construction, Consumer Protection , Privatization.
Experience in Jurisdictions other than Oman /GCC countries and knowledge of languages other than English and Arabic are likewise assets.
