Websphere Developer (Java) - Ohio OH / Dublin

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc. or equivalent IS experience.
Prior experience in a development and/or IT production support environment.
4 + years experience in the WebSphere suite of products
3 +years experience in Java, J2EE, or other integration services programming languages including object oriented programming
Self starter who is willing is to learn Tools and Process used within Cardinal and apply the same in the job
Team work - Must work with other IT teams (networking, database, engineering, service center, business partners, etc.) to ensure software delivery and support.
Development Lifecycle - Required following the established software development lifecycle and ensuring that all resources follow it as well.

Adapt to Change Management, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance policies to ensure full compliance with Cardinal Software Development Lifecycle process and standards.
Performs system/applications integrations
Has depth and breadth of experience in own job family; integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities
Applies in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and non-standard situations
Acts as a key contributor in a complex environment
May lead teams or projects; shares expertise
