Customer Service Executive- Hyderabad

Our client is an international leading Freight Forwarding Company since 1988. FSL offers direct outbound and inbound services to and from major cargo destinations around the world. It maintains a global track and trace environment to enable Customers to check the status of consignments anywhere in the network. They need a Candidate for Sales Position in Hyderabad.

Position : Executive – Customer Service

Experience : 1-2 years (Packers and Movers).

Package : Negotiable.

Required Skills

• Candidate to handle the entire C.S. activity at the C.S. Desk.
• Liaise with customers and keep them updated on shipment status at all times.
• Enter all details on the package currently in use.
• Co-ordinate with Branches on the shipments.
• Ensure all documentation in order and invoice raised in time.

Logistics Coordinator - FMCG - Abu Dhabi

Our clients are a bluechip company with varied interests in the distribution of Fast Moving Consumer Goods like beverages, consumables, oil & gas products, shipping and travel. They have immediate openings for the following skills at Abu Dhabi.

Department / Stream: Consumer Division

Reporting to: Finance Manager - Consumer Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Minimum Person Profile:

• Graduate Specialized Inventory / Warehouse qualifications preferred
• 2 years experience in inventory management
• 3 months on-the-job training

• Procurement – For FMCG products relating to incoming stocks from various suppliers, Inventory control, Control of Lead.
• Times and frequency of replenishment, Documentation & Reordering Forecasting and Budgeting.
• Preparation of Grn’s Cost sheets, Reorder points, Safety stock levels and Management of slow moving and obsolete stocks.
• Monthly Principal Reporting. Liaison with Food Control Authority for clearance of food items.
• Acting as a leave cover for Finance Manager during his annual vacation
